Hudson Yards has unveiled its official lineup of F&B options in its Dining Collection, which will open to the public on March 15th.
Spearheaded by chef José Andrés, the 35,000-square-foot Mercado Little Spain space will comprise three full-service options: Leña, Mar, and Spanish Diner. Housed across the ground floor 10 Hudson Yards, Mercado Little Spain will also feature two bars and 15 tapas kiosks. The fifth floor of the Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards will be home to Kāwi, the 5,000-square-foot eatery from Momofuku. Opening next door will be the takeaway concept Peach Mart and Wild Ink, a new restaurant from London-based hospitality firm Rhubarb. Famed Mediterranean concept Estatorio Milos will span both the fifth and sixth floors of the Shops & Restaurants. The fifth floor will showcase the Milos wine bar, while the upper level will host the Milos dining room and outdoor terrace.
Locally based architecture firm Landow & Landow will design the 500-square-foot William Greenberg Desserts, one of three confectionaries and bakeries opening onsite. Historic Manhattan chocolate house Li-Lac Chocolates will total 600 square feet across the fourth floor of the food hall, while a new Dylan’s Candy Bar outpost will span 1,500 square feet.
