The campus will be anchored by a circular reception structure, located at the central point between two lakes. Enveloped by lush greenery, the building will embody enso—meaning “circle” in Japanese—which is strongly associated with enlightenment. The community house will be situated at the heart of a sand dune and host a bar and lounge, fitness center, Olympic-size swimming pool, community garden, outdoor playground, and multifunctional areas. Tri Vananda’s extensive spa facilities will include thermal rooms, relaxation areas, private suites, a sauna, juice bar, lake piece, and a 164-foot-long swimming pool. Experiential spaces—like a tea lounge, fragrance courtyard, and apothecary—will also be featured onsite.
In addition to a range of residential villas, Tri Vananda will comprise 70 resort villas, including one- and two-bedroom models, that will immerse visitors in the surrounding tropical forests and wetland nature reserve. Natural materials, such as stone and wood, will dominate the material palette, while hues of sand and soil will compliment the natural environment in the form of woven rattan details, natural wood coffee tables, and woven leather sofas. Floor-to-ceiling windows will further reinforce the relationship with nature, and tropical accents will punctuate the interiors as well.
