The Burgess Hotel in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood is set to unveil its $15 million revamp later this fall. Designed by Kimberly Miller of Dallas-based design firm Duncan Miller Ullman, the comprehensive update will infuse a medley of contemporary styles reflective of the historic hotel’s many cultural aspirations.
All 102 luxury accommodations, including seven themed suites and a penthouse, will feature wood floors and contemporary details such as clean lines, bold textures, and artwork. The lobby will feature public social areas, including a new restaurant and bar from Apicii Hospitality Group in a setting punctuated with artwork by Jessica Jokhi.
