Located in Kent Island, Maryland, the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club will reveal its multimillion-dollar expansion later this summer, which includes the opening of the Barn, a standalone farm-style building. Philadelphia-based DAS Architects and Ryan Associates led the expansion.
Overlooking four acres, the 18-room Barn will be located across from the Inn at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, rounding out the Inn’s quad. This summer will also see the debut of the multi-pool Splash Garden, while two Himalayan salt stone saunas are slated to arrive in fall 2018.
Tucked behind the Barn, the Cottages will introduce five, one-bedroom luxury bungalows and will include an open bedroom and living room layout, bathrooms equipped with soaking tubs and powder rooms, and a private, sheltered porch with rocking chairs.
