Dallas-based design practice waldrop+nichols studio has announced the addition of two new designers to its team. Alison Andrus has joined as an associate principal, while Amanda Pafford will now serve as studio director.
Andrus, who most recently served as project director for four years with Paul Duesing Partners, will oversee all marketing and business development initiatives at the studio, while also managing brand standards. Pafford previously served as director of design for Streetlights Residential, where she led a team of designers on luxury multifamily developments. She will lead waldrop+nichols’ building initiatives, oversee scheduling and budgets, and set new standards for project documentation and processes.
