Renaissance Long Beach in Southern California has completed a multi-million dollar renovation project. The redesign added modern touches to the hotel’s 374 rooms and suites, including the 14 suites, the lobby, the club lounge, and the fitness center. Work on the pool is set to begin soon.
Woodland Hills, California-based Creative Resource Associates led the redesign. The blue, white, and gray color palette mimics the sea and sky and complements the dark wood furnishes and blue speckled down comforter. Large LCD TVs and spacious workstations with plenty of electrical outlets and ergonomic chairs appeal to business travelers.
The hotel’s club-level lounge was also enhanced to better host continental breakfasts in the morning and hors d’oeuvres in the evening. A complete lobby renovation added the finishing touch to the property’s makeover.
