YOTEL’s YOTELPAD brand is set to arrive on the East Coast for the first time in the heart of downtown Miami. Developed by Aria Development Group, the 31-story hotel-condominium hybrid will arrive in early 2021.
Stantec will spearhead the design of the 327,360-square-foot property. The ground floor will be home to separate lobbies for guests and residents, as well as a lounge, restaurant, and an organic matcha bar. In addition to 231 PADs, 22 Yotel-branded cabins will span floors two through 12. A Skytop Lounge, fitness center, pet spa, coworking space, and a pooldeck accented with a restaurant and bar will round out the onsite amenities.
“The building’s architecture consists of two distinct elements separated by a lush amenity deck on the 12th floor,” says Jennifer Llop-Noy, project manager with Stantec’s Miami office. “The bottom portion of the building features a simple, yet elegant geometric design for the hotel, while the top half of the structure boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies rising above the deck for the residences giving the overall composition a more dynamic look.”
