Viceroy Hotel Group has debuted the Viceroy Palm Jumeirah Dubai, the brand’s second property in the UAE. Designed by Toronto and New York-based Yabu Pushelberg and Tokyo-based studio NAO Tanlyama and Associates, the hotel features Viceroy’s California cool infused with the spirit of Dubai across 16 floors.

Clean lines, natural materials, and a tranquil palette of neutral tones, including the brand’s signature teal alongside brushed bronze, define the interiors. Light and dark wood contrast layers of marble for a refined look against a hexagonal honeycomb motif. Contemporary furniture is paired with rich fabrics to juxtapose marbled bathrooms outfitted with handcut mosaic tiles and sculpted standalone tubs made from bronze. The property is home to 352 guestrooms, 85 suites, and 40 residences.

Included among the eight F&B concepts is the 13th-floor wine bar Elevate, the contemporary Chinese concept Maiden Shanghai, and Quattro Passi, which is helmed by Michelin Starred chef Antonio Mellino.

The 18,030-square-foot spa recalls rolling Arabian sand dunes as well as the beaches of Santa Monica. The wellness facility houses 14 treatment rooms, four open-air cabanas, a hammam, spa pool, relaxation lounge, café, and fitness center.

Suspended off the 14th floor, the 6,458-square-foot Vista Ballroom frames panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf for up to 350 guests. Three fully equipped meeting rooms include 2,637 square feet of space as well.
