Spread across 28 acres at the base of the Atlas Mountains, the Oberoi Marrakech is slated to open by the end of this year. Crafted by the architect Patrick Collier of the Collier and Partners under the guidance of Oberoi executive chairman P.R.S. Oberoi, the opulent resort will reflect the architectural legacy of Morocco, anchored by a structure inspired by the historic design of the Medersa Ben Youssef university.
Accommodating 84 spacious guestrooms, suites, and villas—76 of which will feature large private pools and gardens, the luxury boutique concept will offer three F&B spots, including a bar and terrace overlooking extensive gardens. Among other highlights of the property’s amenities is the Oberoi Spa with private therapy suites, and a 3,230-square-foot multifunctional event space.
