The Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Fort Lauderdale remains in development, set to accommodate 90 residences and 130 guestrooms across the 22-story oceanfront volume.
Tara Bernerd, who is responsible for the building’s full interior architecture, will craft one of the hotel’s new cafĂ© concepts. A signature, all-day restaurant will comprise indoor-outdoor seating with views of the sea from the oceanfront terrace on the third floor, which will also host a pool bar, lounge, and outdoor cafĂ©. The New York office of Martin Brudnizki Design Studio is spearheading the design of Four Season’s culinary experience, while Miami’s Kobi Karp Architecture is the architectural mastermind behind the development.
Guestrooms will span floors four through 11, while residences will ascend from the fifth floor upward. A landscape design led by Fernando Wong will punctuate a third of the entire property with abundant greenery.
