The second hotel property in the Zabeel House by Jumeirah collection has opened next door to the Zabeel House MINI by Jumeirah along the banks of Dubai Creek. The loft-style Zabeel House by Jumeirah, Al Seef comprises 200 guestrooms that span three different configurations to accommodate solo travelers, couples, and families, respectively.
An eclectic assortment of artwork—including a group of human sculptures—welcome visitors in the spacious, open lobby, while abundant creative coworking space is created across five meeting rooms. In addition to Chapters, the lobby bar concept that features a library of literature guests are invited to peruse, is the hotel’s Mediterranean restaurant Nyon. F&B venues include the forthcoming gastro concept SKAFOS, which will stretch out over the creek to provide an elevated natural backdrop for alfresco diners. The Sol Sky Bar crowns the property along with a rooftop pool. A spa is also hosted onsite, home to a fitness center, sauna, steam room, and two treatment rooms.
Guestrooms overlook the city while also maximizing comfort with an edgy style. Oversized oak dining or work tables are installed alongside minimalist wardrobe spaces, lounge hammocks, and freestanding bathtubs. Artwork on the walls and ceilings draws inspiration from Dubai and injects a sense of place into each room.
