International co-living concept Node has announced that it will make its West Coast debut next month in the Echo Park section of Los Angeles. Developed in partnership with the local office of DesignAgency, the curated living space will span one-bedroom bungalow apartments and two- to three-bedroom townhouse units in addition to private patios and communal spaces.
Situated upon two sets of 1900-era Bungalow Courts originally crafted by LA architect Sylvanus Marston, the small, detached bungalows will be fully furnished and outfitted with high-pitch ceilings that feature Douglas Fir beams. Private patios and kitchens will be featured alongside a communal deck for residents.
“Our curated living concept offers a unique lifestyle choice for busy creatives, entrepreneurs, and professionals who want to live in beautiful spaces with a vibrant community in a great location. Peace of mind, memorable experiences, and long-lasting friendships are being created everyday with the dedication of our community curators. Our bungalow courts have been styled to pay homage to early LA architecture and will further the unique sense of community among residents—which it was intended to do from its conception 100 years ago,” says Anil Khera, founder and CEO of Node.
