The Westin Buffalo has debuted in the heart of downtown. Designed by the Atlanta-based CT+C Design Studio, the 116-room new-build, anchors the city’s business and entertainment districts, offering a wellness-inspired option in partnership with owner-operator Delaware North.
Biophilia is a key focus of the hotel’s design, promoting the vital connection between nature and individual wellbeing. Neutral tones inform the regal palette while soft, earthy hues in property’s artwork reflect scenes from nature. Interior pathways meander, departing from straight lines to reinforce more organic qualities. The property also features a variation of the brand’s signature vertical garden.
The five-story hotel includes 7,300 square feet of flexible meeting and event space and an outdoor courtyard. Signature restaurant Patina 250 features a casual but sophisticated lounge-style atmosphere, while Jake’s Café is a more laidback option with Westin’s signature SuperFoodsRX menu. Both concepts on operated by Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group.
