Safari lodging brand Natural Selection is set to debut its latest concept, Sable Alley, this May. Located at the heart of the 440,000-square-foot Khwai Private Reserve in Botswana, the camp will be elegantly designed by Tracy Kelly.
The camp will comprise 12 tents, including two interconnected family tents, spread across raised decks. Large mesh windows maintain the connection with nature with views of the lagoon and resident pod of hippo. Spanning 675 square feet, the tents are decorated with an upscale, neutral palette and outfitted with king or twin beds dressed in crisp linens. Bathrooms will come equipped with flush facilities, double vanities, and indoor and outdoor showers. Black and white photography depicting local wildlife will also be installed.
Overlooking a lagoon flowing into the Khwai River, the solar-powered camp will be outfitted with a wide deck, swimming pool, and bar.
