The Luma Hotel Times Square has arrived in Manhattan, nestled between two pre-war structures on 41st Street. Designed by locally based Peter Poon Architects, the 28-floor, 130-room hotel features a sleek façade as well as a transparent glass silhouette.
Floor-to-ceiling windows maintain a visual connection with the bustling metropolis, while guestrooms boast a minimal, soothing aesthetic. The lobby and guest lounge on the ground floor received a modern look from Cass Calder Smith of San Francisco- and New York-based firm CCS Architecture.
Amenities include the signature Basque-inspired restaurant and bar Ortzi, which is also designed by CCS.
