The Lotte New York Palace has unveiled the Royal Suite collection, comprising eight suites ranging from 2,500 to 5,000 square feet. Among the new offerings are four three-floor penthouses, designed by ForrestPerkins, that boast private elevators with rooftop terrace access.
Echoing the property’s distinct design aesthetic, the suites are adorned with the hotel’s signature checkered patterns in various shades. Soft natural tones, neutral textures, and vibrant notes of blue are also featured in each space, while handmade Indian rugs complement the subdued palette. Working fireplaces instill luxury and warmth in the living area, in tandem with earthy browns and nude shades in the dining space. Colorful furniture creates a jewel-toned accent in each en-suite library. All eight suites are bathed in abundant natural light via large windows that frame views of the Manhattan skyline.
Another standout in Royal Suite collection is the Jewel suite, which is crafted by HOK in collaboration with jewelry designer Martin Katz. The romantic accommodation draws inspiration from early 20th-century glamour, with a sculptural crystal chandelier, which stretches two stories, serving as the focal point. The three-floor suite is also anchored by a grand piano and a manicured exterior terrace and green space.
