Ironworks Hotel Indy has debuted as the first boutique hotel on the north side of Indianapolis, marrying 19th-century industrial charm with modern amenities. The property is designed by locally based Ratio Architects, Sue Griffin of Hendricks Commercial Properties, and Garrett Cheyne of Delavan, Wisconsin-based interior design practice Curate.
Located adjacently to the mixed-use and retail complex Ironworks at Keystone, the 100,000-square-foot hotel houses 120 guestrooms, a fitness center, and three meeting and conference rooms that span 700, 250, and 250 square feet, respectively. The hotel also accommodates 15,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor in addition to wellness venue Massage Heights and dining concepts Blue Sushi Sake Grill and Rize. The second floor is also home to the Cunningham Restaurant Group’s concept Provision, which spans 5,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor space.
