Yangon, Myanmar is set to receive its first lifestyle hotel next month with the launch of the Hotel G Yangon, managed by GCP Hospitality. Situated in the heart of the city’s vibrant entertainment district, the 85-room hotel will feature a design crafted by the GCP Hospitality’s in-house team.
The property will welcome guests with an open-plan lobby, which will be outfitted with the signature Babett Eatery & Bar, a trendy concept complete with exposed brick, wooden tables, and suede banquettes. Additional amenities will include the 5,380-square-foot fitness center and the retail concept G Shop.
Guestrooms will range from 160 to 320 square feet across four configurations in wood tones that contrast vivid walls and modern, graphic artwork that pays homage to Myanmar’s design roots.
