Dallas-based Studio 11 Design has completed work on the redesign of Hotel Adeline in Scottsdale, Arizona. The $13 million refresh boasts a bohemian redesign defined by a neutral color palette and welcoming atmosphere.
The 4.5-acre property is appointed with geometric patterns, sleek metallic fixtures, leather and wood furniture, and Arizona-inspired artwork. All 213 guestrooms—including five 700-square-foot king suites—are characterized by a simple and streamlined aesthetic, complete with retro wood furnishings, live-edge work desks, and walk-in rainfall showers.
Anchoring the property is the 3,000-square-foot zero-edge pool, which is surrounded by 16 opulent cabanas, a firepit, and courtyard. The pool bar Freestyle further accents the outdoor environment. Additional amenities include the casual café concept Good & Proper, the all-day restaurant Selfmade, a fitness center equipped with an elevated deck, an 1,800-square-foot ballroom, and the 345-square-foot boardroom.
