Luxury golf resort brand Cabot is set to expand its footprint to Central America with the debut of the Cabot Saint Lucia. Cabot’s first international property, the resort will occupy a spot upon Point Hardy, a 375-acre peninsula at Saint Lucia’s northern tip. Groundbreaking on the first phase of development is set to take place this summer. The final phase is slated to wrap by 2021.
Overlooking the beach from a hilltop, the club and resort designed by Vancouver-based architect Richard Evans will house a 50-suite boutique hotel, three restaurants, retail, a clubhouse, and the Cabot Spa. The centerpiece of the property will be the 18-hole golf course, designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, which will complement the lush Caribbean landscape.
