Brown Hotels has revealed the list of properties it plans to roll out across Israel through 2020.
The freshest opening of the brand is in downtown Tel Aviv, hotel Dave Levinsky, a 27-room concept outfitted with a communal rooftop terrace that will host events and performances. The property’s clean and contemporary design is accented with vintage details contrasting the minimalism and color palette of beige and pink throughout.
The Theodor, Brown’s Bauhaus-inspired addition will open within a Tel Aviv landmark this fall. A private garden and restaurant will be housed onsite alongside the 34 spacious guestrooms and suites. Vivid geometric forms will express the Bauhaus theme in tandem with herringbone floors and a black and white palette.
Another one opening next month is WOM Allenby, as the first pod-style hotel of Tel Aviv, housing 48 stylish pod rooms that comprise single and double-occupancy arrangements.
Also in the Tel Aviv pipeline will be the design-driven Hôtel BoBo, which will also be the largest hotel in the Brown portfolio. Housed within a former office tower, it will host 200 accommodations that overlook the cityscape and the Mediterranean sea. And finally, the former Deborah Tel Aviv will undergo a glamorous rebranding into the Deborah Brown.
Spring 2020 will see the opening of even more Brown properties, including the Brown JLM, which will debut with a distinctive, urban style in Jerusalem. Brown Machneyuda, as brand’s second property in the ancient city will rise adjacent to Jerusalem’s famed Mahane Yehuda Market in spring 2020.
