Hilton’s Curio Collection is set to welcome the Baker’s Cay Resort this fall on the Gulf side of Key Largo, Florida’s Overseas Highway with a design from Los Angeles-based Powerstrip Studios. Situated upon 13 secluded tropical acres of a former pineapple plantation, the hotel’s namesake is the site’s former owner, Captain Ben Baker.

Elements like handcarved wood furnishings, wicker seating, and metalwork will be installed against crisp white tones and textured finishes. The Aveda Spa will open along with two swimming pools enhanced by a waterfall grotto.The hammock-lined garden and a library with numerous reading nooks will be additional retreats.
Seaside hangout Dry Rocks will boast live music and firepits, while Calusa, the indoor-outdoor Cajun-Caribbean restaurant, will frame panoramic views of the nearby bay. The Pool and Tiki Bars will round out the resort’s F&B options.
