The Singapore Changi Airport has unveiled plans to enhance its landmark Jewel Changi Airport with upgrades and new venues. Situated at the core of the airport, the mixed-use complex will launch a series of new, upscale attractions in early 2019.
In addition to multiple retail and dining outposts, a location from Yotel will open onsite. The newly introduced fifth-floor concept Canopy Park will also welcome its latest play space Foggy Bowls, which will create a cloud-like recreational setting for children.
The five-story garden Forest Valley with thousands of trees, plants, and other greenery, will maintain its status as a centerpiece of the venue, harmonizing with the 130-foot-tall Rain Vortex, the world’s tallest indoor waterfall. Suspended 75 feet above the ground, a bridge clad with glass pane flooring will allow visitors elevated views all the way to Jewel’s ground floor.
