Dallas-based G6 Hospitality has announced plans to expand its footprint into Central America with the signing of a new agreement with InterAmerican Development Group (IADG), a subsidiary of Grupo Portalis, Leisure Partners, and Calvet & Asociados. The deal includes the introduction of 10 new properties from its Hotel 6 and Estudio 6 brands in Belize, Costa Rica, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama over the next five years.

The new properties will feature signature design elements with modern guestrooms and spacious social areas. G6 also recently completed a deal with Auromatrix Holdings to open 40 properties under the Motel 6, Studio 6, and Hotel 6 brands in India by 2022.
