Dream Hotel Group has announced plans to launch nine new hotels by the end of 2020. The last six months has seen the signing of more deals than any other year in the history of the company.
The Dream Oceanami Villas & Spa and the Unscripted Cocobay Da Nang are slated to arrive this fall in Vietnam, the latter of which will debut as the largest integrated resort complex in the country. 2018 will see the debut of the 23-acre Chatwal Lodge in Bethel, New York—the Chatwal brand’s second outpost. The brand’s third property—the Chatwal Maaga Maldives—will open the following year as one of two new Dream Hotel Group locations in the Maldivian Islands. Also opening in 2019 will be the Unscripted Dallas-Fort Worth, the Dream Delhi, the Time Dominican Republic, and the Unscripted Dominican Republic. Rounding out the nine-property plan, the Dream Gasveli Maldives will open with 500 villas, eight dining and nightlife options, and a 20,000-square-foot wellness spa.
There are currently 26 properties in Dream Hotel Group’s pipeline with plans to sign more than 150 hotels and resorts across all of its Dream Hotels, Time Hotels, the Chatwal, and soon-to-debut Unscripted Hotels brands.
