Crafted by Philadelphia firm Daroff Design, Paddlefish has debuted in Disney Springs retail and dining complex in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Occupying the former space of Fulton’s Crab House, the multimillion-dollar transformation re-envisions the seafood restaurant as a modern yacht cabin.
Crisp, clean lines define the interior along with refined woods and a blue and gray palette. Booths offer lakefront views and a bar overlooks a paddlewheel. The bar will also feature brass accents reminiscent of fish gills.
Paddlefish will offer three dining room experiences, seating 760 diners. In addition to the main dining room, the Boil Room and the rooftop deck are nautical themed. Versatile, private dining spaces will also be available for between 20 to 1,000 guests.
