Singapore’s Saint Pierre restaurant has debuted its relocated space, crafted with both French and regional charisma from local design studio FBEYE International.
A wall of wine and champagnes greets guests, offering a complimentary French touch as visitors enter the dining room, which seats up to 25 guests and enjoys a spacious and airy ambiance enhanced by bay views. In addition to the open floor plan, two semi-private dining rooms sit at the rear of the restaurant flanked by a sharp copper wall, a Saint Pierre signature. A copper wire decorative sheer also surrounds two private booths, and theatrical lights comprise alabaster discs lit by filament bulbs.
Pervasive brass trimming, inserts, and handles are also a design staple, highlighting the dark hues of the furnishings and walls. A striking Art Deco-style carpet pattern is accented with gold.
“It was a privilege to work closely once again with the estimable chef Emmanuel Stroobant and his team at Saint Pierre to create an alluring new restaurant that fuses creative new elements and adaptations of design motifs used at the previous restaurant in Singapore,” says FBEYE managing director Warren Foster-Brown.
