Eben House, Salt Hotels’ Provincetown, Massachusetts outpost, has announced plans to unveil a new four-bedroom luxury rental, the Residence at Eben House, this April. Spanning 2,700 square feet, the 18th-century structure will evoke a vintage Cape Cod cottage aesthetic, mixing antiques and other unique furnishings.
“Since opening Eben House, we’ve had numerous requests where guests are looking for a space that a group of friends can have completely to themselves,” said David Bowd, CEO of Salt Hotels. “The Residence is perfect – it not only offers the desired exclusivity of a traditional house rental but raises it to another level by offering all the amenities of a hotel.”
Designed by Salt Hotels’ creative director Kevin O’Shea, the residence will feature a large eat-in kitchen, living room, dining room, office, and a brick courtyard. It will be located adjacent to the inn, which also conveys an 18th-century ambiance.
2017 will also see the arrival of a new heated saltwater pool at Eben House, complete with a luxury pool deck clad with bluestone patio furniture with plush seating.
