The first Atlantis property in the U.S., the resort will be located within the Hawaiian island’s 642-acre Ko Olina development, offering expansive ocean views, green spaces, and locally inspired architecture.
The Atlantis Ko Olina’s interiors will feature a design inspired by Hawaii’s legacy of ocean exploration, exuding contemporary elegance in celebration of the locale’s natural elements. The resort will house 800 guestrooms as well as 524 residences overlooking the resort’s 26 acres, including the Honu and Kohola Lagoons.
Amenities will include an Aquaventure Waterpark, the Ambassador Lagoon, the Lost Chambers Aquarium, four crescent beach lagoons, saltwater and freshwater pools, and an open-air marine habitat. In addition to a slew of dining, bar, and lounge options, a fitness center, spa, multifunctional event space, and a series of luxury boutique retailers are also planned.
