The Las Ventanas al Paraiso, a Rosewood Resort, in Los Cabos, Mexico, has launched 30 new private residences crafted by designer Ty Warner.
Residences span three different configurations, including Signature, Pool, and Penthouse options—all of which will be set against the backdrop of the Sea of Cortez. The design showcases authentic Mexican architectural styles and celebrates the nation’s artistry with artwork sourced from the Oaxaca, Chiapas, and Guanajuato regions.
Penthouse residences span two floors and 9,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor luxury. A 3,600-square-foot rooftop terrace crowns the structure with panoramic views and an infinity-edge whirlpool. Another plunge pool is also installed on the main level. Penthouse owners also enjoy access to an outdoor cinema, private rooftop, and private bar equipped with a firepit and lounge seating. Three-bedroom Signature residences span more than 5,200 square feet of indoor-outdoor accommodations and Pool residences include 2,700 square feet of lush gardens with infinity-edge pools.
The new residences arrive on the heels of the Ty Warner Mansion launch in July 2016.
