Omni Hotels & Resorts has announced the early-2018 debut of the 30-story Omni Louisville Hotel, which will be located in the city’s tallest building and feature 612 guestrooms and 225 luxury apartments. The project is estimated to cost $289 million.
Features include an all-day dining venue, lobby lounge and art gallery, rooftop pool and bar, a speakeasy with a bowling alley, a Mokara spa, and fine dining venue Bob’s Steak & Chop House. The building also includes 70,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and is easily accessible from the 300,000-square-foot Kentucky International Convention Center. An urban lifestyle market and grocer is connected to the lobby via a pedestrian walkway.
The Omni Louisville Hotel is Omni’s first property in Kentucky, and is part of the brand’s growing Convention Collection, which features properties in Atlanta; Dallas; Fort Worth, Texas; Nashville, Providence, Rhode Island; San Diego; and Washington, DC.
