Along with a newly launched website, Aman has lined up a number of developments for the remainder of 2015, including a new hotel in the Dominican Republic.
Amanera – Dominican Republic will sit upon a clifftop overlooking the island’s Playa Grande beach when it opens this November. The first golf-integrated Aman property, Amanera will boast several F&B outlets, a spa, various recreational facilities, and 25 casitas designed with raw materials to blend with the environment.
Located in Japan’s Ise Shima National Park, Amanemu will follow in the first quarter of 2016, joining Aman Tokyo.
Amanjena – Marrakech, Morocco is also set to reopen this month following a three-month refresh that saw the hotel’s Moorish architecture, public spaces, and guest pavilions revitalized, along with the addition of the two-bedroom Maison Jardin accommodation. Two new restaurants were also added—the Japanese Restaurant, which includes a sushi bar and robata grill; and the Mediterranean Restaurant. Two new lounges flank the reception pavilion and feature Moroccan-inspired lanterns, glass doors, fireplaces, and custom furniture designed by architect Reda Amalou.
The company will also launch Aman Private Jet Journeys in China and Indonesia next spring. A curated private jet service, flights will be hosted by the company’s general managers who will usher guests between various Aman properties.
In addition to this new service, the Aman website has been contemporized to better convey the brand’s luxury image.

“Reflecting the gentle evolution of the brand and in keeping with our philosophy of inspiring guests with insightful journeys, the website is a window on the Aman lifestyle,” says Aman Resorts’ CEO Olivier Jolivet.
