Modus Hotels has acquired the 97-key Brookshire Suites in Downtown Baltimore. A $3 million investment will result in a rebranding and remodel of the hotel, whose suites average 500 square feet. The 10th floor, home to breakfast service, evening social activities, and a meeting room, boasts harbor views through floor-to-ceiling glass. Amenities will include a fitness center and marketplace.
