Featuring 102 units, Four Seasons Private Residences Denver is designed with its surroundings in mind. Serving as architect of design, Carney Architects—joined by HKS Hill Glazier, the project's architect of record—relied on neo-classical architecture to offer a new landmark to the Denver skyline. A spire inspired by the Chrysler building in New York City sits atop the 45-story tower. Clausen-Chewning Interiors Design integrated luxurious craftsman details that serve as a nod to the surrounding Rocky Mountains. Leather couches feature tufted backs made of embossed cowhide, while spacious balconies invite the outdoors in while offering picturesque views. In the residents' lobby, the walls are covered in limestone mined from a regional quarry. From a distance, the walls look like a grove of aspen.
