Ad Valora Announces Hotel and Casino for Mexico

Ad Valora announced that it has begun the planning and development of "Mexicarlo," a hotel resort and casino near San Felipe, Mexico, in Baja California. This 5-star property will include 350 hotel suites, penthouses, and a 40,000-square-foot casino featuring Vegas-style gaming, restaurants, and shops. Also at the site will be an 18-hole professional golf course, club house and restaurant, and a marina on the Sea of Cortez waterfront with more than 100 slips.

Ad Valora is also developing Pelican Reef, a 157-acre oceanfront condo property.
