Choice Strengthens Scandinavian Presence

Choice Hotels Scandinavia is expanding. The company has acquired the Nordic Light and Nordic Sea hotels, representing 542 rooms in Stockholm, Sweden. The move makes Choice the biggest hotel chain in the city. The chain already owns Stockholm's two largest hotels, the Clarion Hotel Stockholm and the Clarion Hotel Sign, with 532 and 558 rooms, respectively. The two Nordic Hotels will retain their name.
