Westin Heads to Brisbane, Australia

May 14, 2008

Starwood Hotels has partnered with Metacap Empire Square to build a 306-room Westin Brisbane Empire Square to Brisbane, Australia. The new hotel will be part of a 66-story tower that also houses the Residences at the Westin Brisbane Empire Square. The project is expected to debut in early 2012.

The Westin will feature a spa, a fitness center with an indoor pool, three restaurants and bars, and nearly 8,000 square feet of meeting space.
