The Trump Hotel Collection has announced that Trump SoHo New York is on schedule to open in the fall. The 46-story glass tower incorporates a two-story conservatory that leads to a lobby with local artwork and a library on the upper level. The street level will offer a landscaped urban plaza with decorative lighting and abundant seating, while the seventh floor will host a pool deck with cabanas. The function venue on the top floor, meanwhile, will offer panoramic views of Manhattan from its floor-to-ceiling windows.
The Rockwell Group is responsible for the tower's 400 guestrooms and suites, whose loft-inspired design encompasses floor-to-ceiling windows and custom furnishings by Fendi Casa. The penthouse suite, the largest on the East Coast, offers three master suites, one guest bedroom, five-and-a-half baths, a study/conference room, a recording studio, a gym, a playroom, a catering kitchen, and a wine tunnel.
South Beach restaurant Quattro will make its New York City debut at Trump SoHo. Designed by Studio A Design, the space features custom Murano chandeliers, absolute black granite, limestone, custom tiles, beveled mirror bricks, leather, and iridescent draperies. The hotel is also home to an 11,000-square-foot spa.
