Park Plaza Hotels has made plans for two properties in Qatar and Morocco. The Park Plaza Doha houses 167 guestrooms, along with a restaurant, three flexible function rooms, a bar, retail space, a rooftop pool, a health club, and a sauna.
The 104-room Park Plaza Marrakech, scheduled to open in mid-2009, will be equipped with multiple dining facilities, a piano bar, a bowling alley, a swimming pool, and a health and fitness facility.
